LRA: Advancing Literacy Research, Theory, and Practice
Since 1950, the Literacy Research Association has been the academic home for literacy researchers in the U.S. and around the world. We are scholars and educators whose research enriches the knowledge, understanding, and development of lifespan literacies in a multicultural and multilingual world. We are dedicated to ethical and socially responsible, rigorous, and methodologically diverse research practices and policies. LRA members benefit from career-long mentoring during conference gatherings and through shared scholarly endeavors.
